10 Reasons you should stay at Big Cedar Lodge

 

We recently stayed at Big Cedar for our first time. We didn’t quite know what to expect. Our experience while on resort exceeded our expectations.

Here’s a list of 10 reasons we loved our stay and why we believe you will as well.

 

10. Amazing Scenic Views

The views around the resort are stunning year round. It’s one of the many beautiful places we have stayed. Just about any direction you look will show you a wonderful landscape.

 

9. Free Transportation Across the Resort

The free shuttles make getting around the resort so convenient. They take you to the many destinations around the resort and are quick and reliable.

Our drivers were friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions.

8. The Pools

So many pools!!! Big Cedar has many many pools across the resort, 5 pools and 6 hot tubs. If it’s cold out don’t worry, they have one wonderful indoor pool complete with a slide and outdoor hot tub.

 

7. The Shops and Restaurants

The convenience of having on resort shops and restaurants is a major plus for Big Cedar. There are multiple shops and restaurants  you can easily reach by a short walk, a shuttle ride or a drive.

 

6. Fun Mountain

Fun Mountain is an amazing arcade filled with rides, food and more.

5. The Location

It’s not too far from the Main Branson Strip and Branson Landing. However, it is far enough to feel relaxed and away from the crowds.

4. The Fitness Center

I know what you must be thinking. Workout on vacation? That’s just what we did and we loved having the full selection of workout machines and equipment.

 

3. The Lodge Rooms

The rooms were wonderful. The kitchen areas in the lodge rooms are so handy. We cooked meals daily. It made it easy and fun having everything on hand.

2. Activities

There are so many activities right within Big Cedar. Painting classes, Bingo, hiking, free mini golf and much more.

 

1. The Lake

Wonderful areas to fish and boat on the lake during your stay. You can rent paddle boards or kayaks for free as well.

That’s just a some of our reasons we loved staying at Big Cedar.
