5 Tips for visiting the Ice Castles in the USA.

5. Visit at the right time of day.

We recommend visiting just before sunset. It’s fun to see in the day and at night. They light up beautifully.

4. Wear warm clothes

The Ice Castles are only open in very cold areas during the cold season.

Be sure to bundle up so you can spend plenty of time exploring the beautiful castles.

3. Don’t touch the structures

Please don’t touch the ice structures.

The crew does a wonderful job building these amazing structures. Please don’t break or touch them and make sure your family and friends don’t either.

2. Try out the slides.

The slides are so much fun. No matter what age you are you should try out an ice slide.

1. Find a nearby place to warm up afterwords.

Before making your visit find a fun dessert / coffee / restaurant to go warm up and enjoy some great food or treats.
