Tulsa Botanic Garden of Lights – Everything you need to know / 2023 Update

What is Tulsa Botanic Garden of lights?

Every holiday season the Tulsa Botanic Garden puts on a beautiful display of Christmas lights. But there’s much more than just lights.

It’s a walk through Christmas light experience like no other.

They have food trucks, Botanic Bar, fire pits, snow ball pit for the kids, and special event nights with crafts, Botanic St. Nick, Kids Train Rides, Live Jazz Music, Caroling and more!

We loved the many displays across the garden.

The lights were beautifully displayed alongside their fountains, plants and structures.

It seemed like there was much more to see this year 2022. Our boys loved seeing the Botanic St. Nick and the snow ball fight pit!

They also have the building in the back set up with an area to warm up and relax.

They have live music and a bar with a variety of drink options including hot cocoa!

You can also warm up and make s’mores at one of the many fire pits or grab some food from one of the food trucks.

When is the Tulsa Botanic Light display open?

The Tulsa Botanic Garden of Lights are open Nov. 24-26, Nov. 30-Dec. 3, Dec. 7-30, 5-9 p.m. Nightly. Closed Dec 24 and 25th.

How much does it cost to see the Tulsa Botanic Christmas Light Display?

For non members it cost $17 for adults ages 16 and up and $9 ages 3-15.

There are discounts for members and price goes up if you buy the day of. Also they do tend to sell out so buy in advance.

SANTA with his sleigh will visit every Friday and Saturday, 5-8 p.m., and nightly, Dec. 15-23. Bring your camera! 

FAMILY CRAFTS every Thursday night, 5-8 p.m.

LIVE JAZZ MUSIC in the Mabee Grange each Sunday, 6-8 p.m. (presented in coordination with Tulsa Jazz/TEG)
Nov. 26: Annie Ellicott Duo
Dec. 3: The Ana Berry Trio
Dec. 10: The Cynthia Simmons Duo
Dec. 17: The Booker Gillespie Trio

WINTER FUN FRIENDS will visit Dec. 26-29, 5:30-8:30 p.m. 
Dec. 26: Meet the Grinch and make a holiday keepsake.
Dec. 27: Buddy the Elf will lead an epic snowball fight at 7 p.m.
Dec. 28: Meet and take photos with Olafand make a winter-themed craft
Dec. 29: Belle wiil be here in her holiday ball gown. Dress up, if you like, to meet and take photos with Belle.
